Love-Encore / Subaru Star Delivery Specialist
Location: Janesville Subaru – Janesville, WIPay: $700 per week + BonusesAverage 70–80 paid appointments per month
Join Wisconsin’s fastest-growing Subaru dealership! Janesville Subaru is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Love-Encore / Star Delivery Specialist who is passionate about helping new Subaru owners understand and enjoy their vehicles. You’ll be the expert who ensures every customer has a great ownership experience and stays connected to the Subaru brand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Love-Encore redelivery appointments (14–60 days after purchase) with new Subaru owners.
- Explain key vehicle features, STARLINK setup, and Subaru technologies in an easy-to-understand way.
- Coordinate and manage your appointment schedule — you’re paid for every appointment.
- Follow up by phone, text, or email to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the Subaru product expert and assist sales and service teams with product knowledge.
- Help promote the Love-Encore program through social media and dealership marketing.

Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new vehicle technology.
- Organized and dependable with strong time management skills.
- Customer service or automotive experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
