About the Intern Program
The Mesirow Summer Internship Program provides students with the real-world skills to successfully transition into a career in the financial services industry. Interns obtain an inside view of their host departments by working alongside professionals for nine weeks while simultaneously gaining exposure to Mesirow's diverse products and services through job shadowing and educational luncheons. The program helps interns define their career goals while contributing in meaningful ways to the growth and progress of the company.

What We Look For
- Academic Strength (minimum GPA of 3.4)
- Students in the classes of 2027
- Excellent oral, written, and communication/presentation skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
In accordance with the Illinois Pay Transparency Law, the anticipated compensation for the role will be $20.00 per hour for the duration of the program.
