Manages the day-to-day activity of all project construction staff. Provides feedback on performance appraisals. Manages the training and development of staff. Approves paid time off (PTO) requests and ensures human resources policies are followed. For those supervising Union employees - ensures that all performance evaluations are completed in a timely manner per union agreements; reviews, approves, and/or rejects promotions of staff up to and including Foremen. Manages work performance on designated projects or assigned portions of projects to ensure craft workers are following project rules and procedures. Ensures employees comply with company safety polices and maintain current on safety trainings. Advises project management team of potential issues and problems with projects including, but not limited to work interferences, scheduling challenges, etc. Actively searches for and proposes solutions to such problems. Reviews, approves, and negotiates project change orders. Develops and implements project completion and turnover plans. Recommends, where appropriate, organizational, policy and procedural, or staff changes. Maintains strong relationships with other departments (EX: Purchasing, Preconstruction, Accounting, Engineering) as required to support and facilitate meeting project timelines and construction schedules. Provides detailed input and expertise in determining quantities and requirements/specifications for project materials and equipment. Initiates and attends a variety of meetings with clients to resolve problems and facilitate additional project planning is completed. Ensures that all required administrative duties, documentation, timecard approvals, etc. are completed in a timely manner. Maintains a daily record of all project activities. Oversees and approves monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. 6 years of related experience with 2 years as a craft foreperson. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced in industrial instrumentation and electrical installation. Good understanding of controls and automation
