OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry's most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. Our Disney Entertainment TV teams work on tune in and streaming for networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. We live movies and TV. The Job:
OMG23 is looking for a Supervisor who lives and breathes entertainment and knows how awards-season media really works. You'll help shape integrated media plans for high-profile film and TV award campaigns, keeping timelines tight and details accurate while staying aligned with big-picture goals. You won't manage a team, but you'll own your work, drive communication, and be the day-to-day contact for clients and internal partners.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with leadership and clients to set clear media objectives and strategies
- Build and maintain timelines, ensuring awards-season campaigns hit key milestones
- Develop integrated plans across TV, digital, and other core channels
- Handle day-to-day client questions and guide next steps
- Explore media options and propose solutions that balance strategy and creativity
- Maintain budgets, track investments, and manage purchase authorization process
- Pull and interpret research to support planning
- Present plans and recommendations internally and to clients
- Collaborate with buyers, creatives, and vendor partners
- Stay current on industry trends, new media opportunities, and competitive activity
- Support competitive analyses and POV development
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years of integrated media planning experience
- Strong TV and digital planning experience
- Digital Upfront, Spot TV, radio, OOH, print, trade and guild publication experience a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in proprietary analytics and syndicated research tools
- Genuine passion for entertainment awards across film and TV
- Strong communicator (written, verbal, and client-facing)
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
- Confident in client and team conversations-clear and collaborative
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$75,000-$90,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
