Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead our Title & License Team. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance within our processes. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team performance and continuous improvement.
Pay: $70,000/year
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Essential Job Duties:
- Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability.
- Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members for growth and success.
- Establish and refine standard operating procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Identify gaps and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize operations and support decision-making.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
- Address challenges promptly and professionally to maintain harmony.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must have 5-7 years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
- Must maintain a valid, current driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field (or equivalent experience).
