The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Functional Excellence Director Analyst to join our BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, WA.
This position requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes, and efficiencies.
Our team is currently hiring for a Senior (Level 4) Supply Chain Functional Excellence Director Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms (including leadership meetings and execution reviews) that are needed to drive performance and accountability through the organization.
- Leads special project-based assignments and ensures coordination/implementation/execution are successful on behalf of leadership.
- Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities.
- Supports the Supply Chain Functional Excellence Director and their leadership team in day-to-day activities to support the business.
- Integrate with other Director Analysts in the organization to ensure alignment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- 5+ years of experience as proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, facilitating and/or executing large-scale meetings and events
- 5+ years of experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish strategic plans and objectives
- 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management for both small and large projects
- Experience conducting data analysis using Excel or other tools to create pivot charts, analyze raw data, create PowerPoint presentations
- Experience with Supply Chain tools and initiatives
- Excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills to various levels of management
- Ability to multi-task, complete actions/tasks with minimal direction and able to support with timely execution
- 5 + years of experience working directly with Supply Chain
