At Graza, we believe that every kitchen deserves delicious, fresh olive oil to use every day, in every way. Our two squeezable olive oils, Sizzle and Drizzle, are sold in over 10,000 retail doors nationwide, with retailers including Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Sprouts, Target, Walmart, Wegmans, and more. We’re now looking to expand our team.
Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Supply Chain Sr. Associate to join our supply chain team and focus on both new and existing products. This role will work to ensure seamless day-to-day supply chain execution. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and be highly data-driven, with a strong focus on KPIs, performance management, and continuous improvement. This position will report to the Director of Operations and will work on our supply chain team
- Communicate production plan with co-packers, raw materials suppliers and internal team
- Monitor production’s progress, report any issues and maintain strong relationships with production partners
- Plan for and mointor inventory for raw materials needed for production
- Manage flow of inventory within ERP systems from PO through products’ deliveries to our US warehouses
- Track and analyze supplier’s performance
- Partner with Director of Operations and Finance to drive cost savings initiatives throughout the supply chain
- Monitor production KPIs around supply chain accuracy, efficiency and costs; help analyze KPIs to improve performance in all areas
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging technology and innovative practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support our expansion
Requirements
- 4 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Operations for a CPG company
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills across internal teams and external partners
- Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with an ERP software and inventory management software (Cin7 Omni preferred)
- Preference for someone with experience with workflow automations softwares such as Parabola
- Spanish a plus
This role is 4 days per week in person in Graza’s Brooklyn, NY office.
Benefits
$90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
