Job Description
The Supply System Analyst provides analysis and recommendations to improve MARCENT supply operations and systems performance. This role reviews supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, supports supply accountability and distribution, ensures compliance with Marine Corps standards for supply documentation, and recommends improvements to supply policies and procedures. With 5-7 years of experience and expertise using systems such as GCSS-MC and TFSMS, the analyst identifies and resolves supply deficiencies, coordinates with partners on quality issues, and contributes to developing supply policies. By applying technical knowledge of automated systems and supply chain processes, the Supply System Analyst enhances MARCENT's ability to maintain accountability, readiness, and sustainment across the AOR. THIS EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Review supply chain processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Provide analysis supporting supply accountability and distribution.
- Ensure supply documentation complies with Marine Corps standards.
- Recommend improvements to supply policies and processes.
- Use automated systems such as GCSS-MC and TFSMS for requisitioning and inventory management.
- Identify and resolve supply deficiencies.
- Coordinate with supply partners on quality and accountability issues.
- Support the development of supply policies and procedures.
Supplemental Duties:
- Assist in developing SOPs for supply management processes.
- Provide advisory input on system upgrades and their impact on supply operations.
- Contribute to after-action reviews and lessons learned for supply chain events.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain compliance with MARCENT administrative procedures and reporting requirements.
- Ensure supply chain documentation is archived according to records management standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Education/Experience/Qualification:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in military supply analysis or supply chain management.
- Experience with GCSS-MC and TFSMS for requisitioning and inventory management.
- Ability to identify and resolve supply deficiencies.
- Experience coordinating with partners to resolve quality and accountability issues.
- Skilled in developing and implementing supply policies and procedures.
- Secret clearance required.

Location:
Primary workplace is MARCENT Headquarters, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida.
Work Environment:
Office environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. Includes coordination with logistics and supply chain stakeholders.
Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary office work with extensive computer use. May involve travel to supply sites or coordination meetings.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 0800-1600.
May require flexibility during high operational tempo or audits.
License and Other Requirements:
Valid U.S. Driver's License. Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC).

May include CONUS and OCONUS travel to support supply analysis and coordination requirements.
