Pay Range:
The base pay range for this position is
$75,063.04-$129,856.90 Annual
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Job Title: Surgical/Procedural Clinics Manager

Position Overview:
This role manages surgical and procedural clinics, while supporting growth in additional surgical specialties. The manager will coordinate with partners including Pullman Anesthesia, WSU Medical School, and UW Medical School, and may assume responsibility for medical/diagnostic clinics or other areas to balance workload across the clinic management team.
The Practice Manager provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics. Ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. Leads staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Collaborates to develop standardized policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with implementing and maintaining them. Participates in PRH-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.
All clinic managers are integral members of a collaborative leadership team, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence across diverse specialties. Flexibility, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are essential as services evolve and new initiatives emerge.
Clinic managers are expected to lead with transparency, foster a culture of trust and accountability, and engage teams in continuous improvement. They will champion patient-centered care, mentor staff, and work closely with physicians and external partners to achieve strategic goals.
A Day in the Life:
- Provide leadership and direction to department team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the department and organization.
- Contribute to the development of departmental and organizational strategies.
- Implement and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of departmental projects and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project and operational requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize expenditures.
- Manage staffing levels and recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Address job performance and behavioral issues promptly and appropriately, including regular 1:1 meeting with team members.
- Foster strong communication, collaboration, and coordination between departments.
About You!
This Job is For You if You Have:
- Bachelors in business or healthcare management or a related field, OR Practice Management certification (CPPM, CMPE, ACHE or another approved credential) OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform the required technical skills for specific department.
- Ability to learn and adapt to technology.
- Initiates and participates in activities that enhance daily operations of the clinic and organization.
- Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, patients, and customers.
- Strong typing skills.
- Ability to read and write clearly, and understand policies, labels, and written instructions.
A Wow if You Have:
- Master's degree in healthcare management, or a related field.
- Practice Management certification: CPPM, CMPE, ACHE or another approved credential.
