Job Description

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Employee Benefits Sales to lead and grow our Employee Benefits sales team in the Louisville, KY region. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing innovative sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders. The RVP will play a critical role in achieving annual sales goals, expanding market presence, and supporting the company's overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional Employee Benefits sales team, including territory planning, pipeline development, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business, cross-sell opportunities, and upsell initiatives.
  • Partner with Account Management to craft compelling, cost-effective benefit solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in client presentations and negotiations to enhance closing ratios and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to set and monitor annual and monthly sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Provide regular performance updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Represent Foundation Risk Partners at industry events and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility and recruit top-tier sales talent.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with carriers and vendors to support business development efforts.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Proven success in sales leadership, business development, and relationship management within the employee benefits or health and welfare space.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant Employee Benefits sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
