Join SWD’s Build the KC — a nationally recognized pre-apprenticeship training program designed to launch careers in the skilled trades. For over 8 years, we’ve partnered with all major union apprenticeship programs to help participants bypass barriers and find the right trade fit.

✅ Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
