Flexible Night & Overnight Radiologist (1099)Uncapped Earnings with Productivity Bonuses

Join Synergy Radiology, a fast-growing, radiologist-owned and operated practice that puts quality and collaboration at the forefront. Since 2012, we’ve been delivering expert final reads for clients across multiple states using cutting-edge technology.Be part of a dynamic team of nearly 40 radiologists specializing in Neuro, MSK, Body, Emergency Radiology, and General Radiology. We’re looking for board-certified or board-eligible Diagnostic Teleradiologists to expand our team.Position Highlights

Flexible Schedules:
- Evenings: 5 PM to 1 AM EST
- Overnights: 11 PM to 7 AM EST
- Options for extended hours are available. Choose from 7 on/7 off or 7 on/14 off schedules.
Unified Workflow: A streamlined, template-driven system with study-specific prompts ensures efficient and accurate reads.
Collaborative Support: Access to a network of subspecialists for consultation on complex cases.
Diverse Case Mix:
- 60% Neuro
- 25% Body
- 15% MSK

Compensation DetailsSchedule 1: 7 Days On/7 Days Off

5 PM – 1 AM EST: Average Base Pay $560,000
11 PM – 7 AM EST: Average Base Pay $660,000

Schedule 2: 7 Days On/14 Days Off

5 PM – 1 AM EST: Average Base Pay $360,000
11 PM – 7 AM EST: Average Base Pay $430,000
