Charter Manufacturing is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern!

Program structure:

  • Duration/Schedule: Full-time during the summer months and part-time during the school year

  • Location: Mequon Office - Hybrid

  • Start Date: January 2026

What you'll need:

  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level

  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Planning and organizational skills

  • Time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to succeed in a team environment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

Preferred experience:

  • HR or office experience.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.

What you'll focus on:

  • Assist with scheduling virtual and on-site interviews

  • Participate in campus recruitment and support university relations

  • Identify new and creative ways to source top talent

  • Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects

  • Day to Day Support of the Talent Acquisition Team
