Job Description
Pay range: $80,000-85,000 depending on experience + additional bonus opportunities.
Schedule/Shift: Full Time
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and attracting talent through generating talent acquisition plans to extending offers and onboarding for positions at all levels and areas of business. This highly visible, high touch position will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the industry, community partners as well as senior management. This person will work with an existing HR team to develop recruiting excellence for the organization. They are responsible for building a trusting and informative relationship with both the hiring manager and potential candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop and manage a talent acquisition team fostering a professional employee and patient-focused culture.
- Strategically implement and leverage new approaches, processes, and technologies to attract, recruit, retain and engage top talent for the organization.
- Serve as a mentor and expert resource to internal and external clients.
- Bring a deep understanding of human resources regulations, industry trends, best practices technologies, and applicable laws to the position.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
- Conduct pre-employment assessments and reference checks as needed.
- Implement robust communications systems and feedback loops to ensure that timely and accurate data is shared with Mission Leaders.
- Fortify and building talent pipelines to ensure that future staffing needs are anticipated.
- Complete and distribute high quality weekly and monthly staffing reports.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other key performance indicators.
- Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Review and coordinate candidate applications, conducts phone interviews/ screenings as
- needed.
- Provide guidance, coaching training, and reference information/materials to hiring managers to support talent retention.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and
- responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.
- Develop and maintain all required job postings in a timely manner.
- Assist with human resources projects and serve as back-up to out-of-office colleagues.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience, bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- HS Diploma, 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience, minimum 3 years focused on healthcare (Hospice and Home Health) highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong communication skills in person and on the phone.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment juggling many tasks.
- Ability to work on a team and independently.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based recruiting resources, proprietary HRIS & Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
