Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Banking & Call Center
Location: Lubbock, TXType: Full-Time
About the RoleWe’re looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing team in Lubbock. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates and own the full recruiting cycle for high-volume call center positions supporting a Fortune 500 banking client. If you have experience recruiting in banking, financial services, or BPO environments, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for inbound phone banking roles, ensuring compliance and a great candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and select top talent with strong customer service and regulatory awareness.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals and KPIs.
- Use creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines through job boards, industry networks, and local talent pools.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and pre-employment checks in line with client and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and related systems.
- Extend offers and support onboarding for new hires.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume call center or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of compliance-driven hiring and regulated industries.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering results.
