Job Description Summary
The Leadership Development Practice Leader is responsible for defining, executing, and continuously improving the organization’s leadership development strategy and related programs. This role oversees the design and implementation of new frameworks and development strategies, and ensures seamless alignment with internal stakeholders, other CoEs, and external partners. The person in this role will be required to translate organizational needs into scalable development solutions that strengthen leadership capability and culture across the enterprise.Job Description
Location:Remote/Flexible. (EST/ CST time zone strongly preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update the enterprise-wide leadership development strategy, including the Leadership Framework, to meet evolving business and talent needs.
- Lead coordination across internal partners and stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and connectivity across the enterprise.
- Own the enterprise launch of the new Leadership Framework and manage phased activation and change management activities.
- Partner closely with internal subject matter experts to design and manage delivery of leadership development activation strategies, including but not limited to leadership assessments, 360s, coaching and other development courses and interventions.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate additional leadership development interventions as business needs evolve, including a comprehensive team effectiveness development strategy.
- Develop and deliver all communications to effectively launch leadership programs, tools, and frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership and executive development strategy and programs in partnership with senior leaders to build leadership capability and support business strategy.
- Experience working within a large, matrixed enterprise
- Significant experience in HR, with a preference for experience in talent management, leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing large-scale programs
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including managing complex, multi-phase initiatives across varying stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in and knowledge of industry trends in Talent Management and/or Development
- Background in I/O Psychology is highly preferred
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect long-term leadership capability needs to tactical program execution.
- Highly collaborative, with a strong orientation toward partnership and enterprise thinking.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Approachable, facilitative leader skilled at guiding diverse stakeholder groups toward shared outcomes.
- Comfortable innovating, driving change, and continuously improving development solutions to meet evolving business goals.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $130,000.00 - 230,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
