Job Description
As a Talent Supply Chain Specialist, you will support the Demand Lead by monitoring demand, identifying trends, and taking proactive actions to ensure smooth Talent Fulfillment operations. This role allows you to contribute strategically to talent management by leveraging your skills in data analysis, communication, and process support, optimizing talent supply and demand, driving business success, and supporting the Talent Fulfillment team's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall past due and coming due demand; and highlight issues and trends for Demand Manager
- Gather and analyze demand data as needed in support of the Demand Manager
- Facilitate weekly contractor conversions for direct labor initiatives
- Provide process and reporting support to the Talent Fulfillment team
- Support the Demand Manager in ad hoc demand/supply related initiatives to address business and HR priorities as they rise.
- Support the First Assignment Staffing process by maintaining and enhancing internal trackers, providing input into direct labor targets, and assisting with new joiner onboarding activities
- Lead the Masked Name creation process, in partnership with the Talent Connector Sr. Analysts
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role, or equivalent experience
- Working understanding of internal AFS and LLP staffing tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with project executives
- Ability to multitask and balance competing team priorities

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
