Guardian Tax is hiring a seasoned, high-impact Tax Preparer to start the year strong with a firm built to last.

The Role:
- Craft Individual & Business Tax Returns: Ensure accurate, timely submissions and maintain seamless processes. Business return knowledge preferred but not required.
- Prioritize and Hustle: Approach each case with a sharp eye and a strong work ethic.
- Communicate with Clients: Guide them through tax prep and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order.
- Earn Bonuses: Earn up to $800 extra per month!
What You Bring to the Table:
- Must-have: CTEC and PTIN
- Experience: 2+ years, with business tax returns experience (preferred)
- Knowledge: Proficient with Schedules A, B, C, D preparation and nuances & Amendments
- Expertise: Familiarity with amended returns and PRO-Series tax software
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in asking meaningful fact-finding questions and analyzing limited tax information
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of accounting processes, bookkeeping experience, and tax preparation software troubleshooting
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer skills
