Tax Relief Sales Executive – Irvine Office
Top closers, this one's for you. Guardian Tax is expanding in Orange County, and we need sales assassins who want big money, warm leads, and a culture that makes winning fun. No cold calls, no excuses—just inbound leads, 15% commissions, and a leaderboard that resets every month. Pair that with Friday lunches, monthly team events, and Monday onboardings, and you've got a floor built for high performers.

What You'll Do:
- Take inbound calls from clients actively seeking tax relief.
- Guide them through consult → qualify → close.
- Hit targets, overdeliver, and rack up commissions.
- Compete daily and win big on a floor that rewards performance.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven top producers—bring W-2s, 1099s, or leaderboard screenshots.
- Phone pros who know how to build trust and close fast.
- Hungry, competitive, and coachable talent.
