Compensation: $14-$19/per hour

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor.
• Lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary forward-thinking curriculum.

• Build relationships with families and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of childcare experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Degree in ECE or similar REQUIRED

Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
