The Product Central Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Area Manager to coordinate activities of team members in PC processes. Will pull reports to monitor team member's performance and may provide coaching to them to improve productivity, quality, and safety outputs. Supports and communicates training and development initiatives, policies, procedures and company values to ensure a positive, supportive and productive work environment. May also adjust work assignments of team members as well as perform those job tasks.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.

  • Monday- Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Assists the Area Manager in setting up the daily/weekly job assignments of the team members. Will facilitate the movement of team members throughout their shift on an as needed basis to meet business needs.

  • Communicates with the Area Manager regarding activities that are occurring within their department.

  • May make recommendations to the Area Manager operational deficiencies they idea which will help improve processes or operational flow.

  • Ensures company policies and procedures are being followed throughout the building by team members.

  • Provides team member feedback through coaching and on-the-job training.

  • Provides information regarding team member performance to Area Manager to help in the aid of evaluation and action.

  • Counts physical stock at location in the warehouse as needed due to discrepancies and established inventory row counting practices. May require counts of all alternative product locations if warehouse quantity does not match system count. At location, verifies actual quantity, sku numbers, product, and location labeling. Will row count all locations at least once a year to verify accuracy in accordance with inventory accounting guidelines.

  • Support the inventory management of merchant and vendor samples by physically receiving, stowing, picking and delivering as requested.

  • Audits receipts, putaways, show prep, show returns inventory guidelines.

  • Enters stock adjustments resulting from row and cycle count discrepancies, damaged products, mis-ID's, etc., into the Inventory Management System up to established levels of authority. Documents all error findings on the appropriate form/log. Completes all information required by sheet such as sku number, system quantity, order quantity, reason for discrepancy, etc.

  • Pulls overstocks and kills as outlined by Inventory Manager.

  • Performs exit audits of stock leaving the warehouse area. Verifies manifest quantities, descriptions, and locations match actual product.

  • Responds to stock/location questions and Warehouse Specialist problems, i.e., mixed sku's or mis-ID's, merchant and vendor customer service.

  • Runs queries to provide data reports for IC needs. Provides audit reports to Inbound and Outbound teams to drive inventory accuracy.

What You'll Bring

  • Subject matter expert in fulfillment center processes. Can exceed safety, quality, and production standards to provide coaching in areas to team members.

  • Be able to use materials handling equipment.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

  • May work flex schedule to meet our needs.

  • Education: A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.

  • Experience: A minimum of three years of leading inventory experience or previous work in an analytical position. Prior equipment operations and/or physical inventory experience.
