Job Description
Responsible for providing leadership to Family Preservation Specialist completion of assessment and treatment plans, attending initial appointments, linkage and referral, and basic case management. May also carry a minimal caseload of SafeCare Expansion Program cases to provide a range of in-home services to families based upon their unique needs and goals. Travel to Tulsa and surrounding counties including urban and rural.
Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Master's Degree in Social Work preferred. Has strong communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures; skill in developing respectful relationships with families. Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
