Job Summary

The Technical Delivery Manager leads end-to-end delivery for embedded franchise partnerships, with a focus on onboarding large partners such as mortgage service providers. The role coordinates cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, full-stack engineering, QA, UX, data, security, and vendors. Owns delivery governance, plans and executes releases, manages dependencies and risks, and drives continuous improvement using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices. Runs the core ceremony cadence and ensures scope, schedule, quality, and budget outcomes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support PI planning and quarterly planning processes in a SAFe environment.

  • Coordinate UAT, training, and readiness with Operations and partner teams.

  • Contribute to budget planning and resource forecasting.

  • Ensure privacy, security, and compliance requirements are met in delivery.

  • Maintain playbooks and runbooks for repeatable partner onboarding.
