The role requires close collaboration with business, technology, and data teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and patient-centric solutions.

Lead Salesforce (SFDC) and Patient CRM integrations to support affordability programs
Support benefits investigation and financial assistance workflows

Required Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare IT, or Patient Engagement platforms
Hands-on experience working with AWS-based architectures and data platforms
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
