We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic programs focused on developing scalable, modern AI infrastructure and reference architectures. This role will drive innovative solutions to enable cutting-edge AI advancements, with a focus on leveraging NVIDIA GPU-based architectures and ensuring seamless integration into cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will be an experienced program manager with a strong technical background, capable of collaborating across diverse teams to deliver impactful results in the competitive AI space.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Partner with engineering and research teams to define, align, and drive execution of AI-focused system architectures and infrastructure initiatives, including programs leveraging high-performance hardware such as NVIDIA GPUs.

  • Guide and coordinate the development of scalable, reliable, and efficient AI platforms, ensuring architectural decisions, roadmap priorities, and execution plans support long-term technical and business objectives.

  • Enable experimentation, prototyping, and innovation by removing execution barriers, securing resources, and ensuring teams have the processes and infrastructure needed to accelerate advanced AI solution development.

AI Infrastructure

  • Drive programs that build and scale AI infrastructure platforms supporting high-performance training, inference, and deployment of machine learning models across the organization.

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, research, and cloud platform teams to align architecture decisions, timelines, and implementation plans with modern best practices and long-term infrastructure strategy.

  • Oversee resource planning and optimization for AI compute environments, ensuring efficient GPU/CPU utilization, cost-effective scaling, and performance benchmarks that meet or exceed organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Program Management Expertise:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.

  • Strong organizational skills, with a track record of coordinating complex projects across multiple teams.

  • Technical Background:

  • Strong understanding of AI and high-performance computing systems, including hardware acceleration (NVIDIA GPUs), distributed systems, and modern cloud-based architectures.

  • Knowledge with scalable cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker), enabling effective oversight of infrastructure programs and deployments.

  • Proficient with program execution tools such as Jira (roadmaps, workflows, issue tracking), Confluence(documentation, program planning), and metrics generation using spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools to track progress, risks, and KPIs.

  • Capable of translating complex technical details into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and stakeholder alignment.

  • AI Architecture Knowledge:

  • Experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing AI platforms for training and inference workloads.

  • Familiarity with modern development workflows such as CI/CD pipelines, automation, and performance tuning.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering high-impact solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of NVIDIA hardware (GPUs, CUDA, TensorRT) and familiarity with AI-focused reference architectures.
  • Experience in building and scaling machine learning platforms or frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI trends, tools, and advancements in the industry.

The annual base pay for this position is: $124,800.00 - $187,200.00
