THE JOB:

The Technical Project Manager is a key role within the Technology organization responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The position drives successful delivery of core technology programs by applying tailored project-management methodologies to reduce risk, maintain timelines, and achieve defined objectives. Working closely with program managers, product managers, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors, the Technical Project Manager oversees end-to-end planning and execution while maintaining essential project artifacts-including project plans, status reports, risk logs, dependency matrices, and scope documentation-to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead planning and management of small- to large-scale enterprise technology projects, leveraging strong infrastructure experience and a background in information security and artificial intelligence.

• Develop and maintain core project deliverables, including timelines, scope, priorities, milestones, risks, and status updates.

• Provide indirect leadership across project managers, product managers, and technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, communicate roadblocks and dependencies, and keep projects on track.

• Break down complex initiatives into actionable tasks using hybrid project-management and agile-scrum methods while effectively multitasking across multiple projects.

• Prepare clear status reports, presentations, and communications across all organizational levels and lead focused, outcome-driven meetings with internal teams and external vendors.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong infrastructure background with applied experience in information security and artificial intelligence, enabling effective leadership of complex technical projects.

• Demonstrated proficiency with hybrid project-management and agile-scrum methodologies, project-management tools, and full lifecycle execution of technology initiatives.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage scope/schedule/budget, communicate clearly across all organizational levels, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent technical aptitude-including familiarity with SDLC, vendor coordination, and complex problem-solving-combined with strong communication, organization, multitasking, and confidentiality skills.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$89,300.00 - $148,900.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.This position is eligible to participate in the Company's equity plan.
