Job Description

Job Purpose

The Technical Sales Assistant (Neuroimaging) will be responsible for assisting to drive sales and develop relationships with imaging centers and healthcare providers in the brain injury space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales within the healthcare or medical imaging sector, have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs of imaging centers, physicians, neuroradiologists, and their stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and executing a sales strategy to grow revenue from MINDSET's neuroimaging reports. Identify and prioritize target imaging centers and potential new markets. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
  2. Client Engagement: Schedule product demonstrations, webinars, and in-person meetings to educate imaging centers about the value of our neuroimaging reports. Assist in the effective communication of value propositions to customers. Act as the primary point of contact for imaging centers during the sales and on boarding process. Working closely with our Executive VP / Founder to address client concerns and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  3. Client Onboarding: Communicate imaging protocol requirements to center and work with technical team to schedule control scans and phantom scans for verification of scanner capabilities. Liaise with the technical team to ensure scanner approval of the scanner before proceeding with onboarding and act as point person throughout the onboarding process.
  4. Relationship Building: Assist in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders at imaging centers, including radiologists, facility managers, regional managers and executives. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  5. Performance Tracking: Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts in CRM tools. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceEssential:3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or imaging solutions. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Willingness to travel (up to 65%) for client visits and industry events.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with quantitative neuroimaging, radiology workflows, and imaging center operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
