About this role:
Wells Fargo has committed to hire military spouses/domestic partners of actively serving military personnel and is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant. The Technology Business Systems Consultant will support CTO organization through data validation, strategic reporting, and executive-level engagement.
The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel to career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program.

In this role, you will:
- Support an organization accountable for performing centralized oversight, efficiency, administrative, operational and transformational activities for a set of products in alignment with cutting-edge industry best practices, incorporating corporate standards, policies, and regulatory/legal compliance obligations.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement that address business strategies
- Identify risks associated with technological strategies and propose alternative solutions
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of technology business systems team to meet highly complex deliverables
- Support technology strategy development or design of technology processes, models or standards
- Interpret and examine technical solutions for functions with high complexity
- Collaborating with business and technology management
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Business Systems
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

- Design, build, and deliver centralized oversight, efficiency, administrative, operational and transformation activities

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with presentations designed for senior management.
- Strong excel skills and experience manipulating large data sets
- Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programs for the enterprise.
- Experience with taking administrative and/or shared services from inception to customer delivery.
- Strong knowledge, understanding and prior experiences with regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment.
- Implementation of centralized, standardized and harmonious services across technology domains.
- Proven experience with managing business and operational functions in a product model construct, including participation in product roadmap planning and feature/backlog prioritization.
- Experience with communicating complex topics to customers and business executives alike.
- Experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI; workflow; and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align.
Job Expectations:
- HHH Program Hires are expected to attend and participate in the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Orientation and Onboarding Experience.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
