What You'll Do

• Prep patients for telehealth visits

• Sit in on live virtual cardiology appointments

• Complete post-visit tasks and follow-ups

• Track and triage daily messages

• Propose labs/tests for NP signature

• Keep patient–provider communication tight

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED

• Accredited Medical Assistant certification

• 1+ year cardiology or specialty care experience

• Strong tech and video-visit skills

• Able to work hybrid in Columbia, MD

Nice to Have

• Telehealth or virtual care experience
