Telehealth Mental Health Therapist
Location: Gilbert, AZ Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe’re looking for an Arizona-licensed clinician who enjoys focused, structured therapy work from home. You’ll support clients dealing with anxiety, mood changes, work stress, and relationship issues, all through virtual sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled video sessions for adult and adolescent clients
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assign diagnoses
- Develop treatment plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes in the EMR
- Participate in clinical huddles to review complex cases
- Offer feedback on workflow improvements related to telehealth
Requirements
- Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Relevant master’s or doctoral degree
- Experience working with a mixed caseload in a clinical setting
- Strong boundaries around time, documentation, and follow-up
