WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
BaubleBar is seeking a Design Support and Assembly Associate to join our team in the NJDC warehouse. This is a hands-on, in-person role supporting the design and production process. We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to work with design software, tools, and machines to bring ideas to life.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
- Support the design and sampling process for jewelry and accessories
- Create design mock-ups using Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software
- Operate the laser cutter machine for acrylic cutting and prototyping
- Assist with jewelry bench work, including assembly, repairs, and finishing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Ops, Production) to ensure design intent is executed
- Maintain an organized and safe workspace while managing multiple projects
- Second shift availability (evenings) is ideal but will consider first shift
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Comfort working with laser cutting machines (acrylic preferred)
- Jewelry bench or metalworking experience is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on approach, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to work on-site at the NJDC warehouse
- Availability required during Black Friday-Cyber Monday weekend
- English proficiency (written and verbal) is required
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Starting hourly range for this role is $18.00-$21.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background, and years of relevant experience
- This role will begin as a seasonal position, with the potential to transition into a regular employment opportunity for the right candidate
