Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Lake Havasu City. ArizonaSalary: $100,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary: We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee the clinical quality and performance of our therapy team. This position combines mentorship, structure, and leadership to ensure that each client receives consistent, high-quality therapeutic support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group supervision sessions.
- Oversee case management, treatment plans, and client documentation.
- Support clinical staff through evaluations and ongoing coaching.
- Collaborate with leadership on quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
