Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Corpus Christi, TexasSalary: $100,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to provide structure, mentorship, and oversight for a talented clinical team. Your leadership will ensure clients receive exceptional care while staff thrive in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise therapists and interns, reviewing treatment plans and client progress.
- Lead supervision meetings and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support clinicians with case management and ethical guidance.
- Participate in hiring, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Texas state standards and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year in supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
