Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Fresno, CASalary: $120,000–$130,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We’re hiring a Therapist Supervisor to oversee day-to-day clinical operations and guide a talented team of mental health professionals. You’ll provide direction, feedback, and support to ensure client care meets the highest standards while empowering your team to grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise therapists and associate clinicians across multiple programs.
- Conduct clinical meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
- Monitor documentation accuracy and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and compliance.
- Promote a positive, solution-oriented clinical culture.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD).
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
