Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Spokane, WashingtonSalary: $100,000–$120,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:Join a growing behavioral health organization as a Therapist Supervisor, where you’ll oversee clinical operations and mentor therapists across diverse programs. You’ll ensure high-quality client care through effective supervision, compliance, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing supervision, case consultation, and performance feedback.
- Approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes.
- Conduct staff meetings and training to maintain best practices.
- Support continuous improvement across clinical programs.
- Partner with leadership to manage quality assurance and workflow.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- Active WA clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD).
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
