Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Jersey City, New JerseySalary: $100,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play an essential role in guiding a team of therapists who provide mental health services across multiple programs. You’ll offer supervision, structure, and insight to ensure care meets the highest clinical standards while promoting a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision, case review, and feedback to therapists and interns.
- Monitor compliance with agency, state, and federal documentation standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review cases and share best practices.
- Support staff performance and training initiatives.
- Collaborate on process improvements and client service models.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active NJ license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
