Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Fort Worth, TexasSalary: $100,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We’re seeking an experienced Therapist Supervisor to lead a clinical team providing behavioral health services in Fort Worth, Texas. You’ll ensure best practices are followed, documentation is compliant, and therapists feel supported in their professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor licensed clinicians and associates.
- Review treatment documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct supervision meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Support training, onboarding, and team communication.
- Partner with leadership to uphold clinical excellence and compliance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Active Texas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year in supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
