Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Prescott, ArizonaSalary: $100,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:Join our behavioral health team as a Therapist Supervisorand guide clinicians toward success. You’ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure documentation accuracy, and foster a positive, supportive culture for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and oversight for therapists and associate clinicians.
- Conduct case reviews, chart audits, and compliance checks.
- Offer clinical feedback and support problem-solving in complex cases.
- Coordinate training and continuing education programs.
- Partner with leadership to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
