Therapist Supervisor
Position: Full-TimeLocation: Tempe, ArizonaSalary: $100,000–$120,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:As the Therapist Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of licensed clinicians providing behavioral health services to clients in Tempe, Arizona. You’ll ensure clinical quality, supervise documentation, and create a collaborative environment for continued professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and evaluate therapists and interns.
- Conduct case reviews and monitor documentation for accuracy.
- Develop staff through mentorship and ongoing education.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet performance and compliance goals.
- Support program improvements and client satisfaction efforts.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Active AZ license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, including supervision or team leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
