Description
Completes assigned duties including daily upkeep of department, preparation of equipment, preparation of rooms, ordering of supplies, assisting with patient care related tasks under the direct supervision of a therapist, and assisting Administrative Assistant staff with greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling, filing, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required
- Basic Life Support (CPR) required within 30 days of hire.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Healthcare experience preferred.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
- Read/Understand written treatment plans.
- Basic interpersonal skills are needed to communicate with patients, families, staff, and physicians and to perform activities requiring ordinary courtesy and tact.
- On the job training required to become familiar with various procedures, techniques, and safety precautions.
- Basic computer skills are required.
