Core Responsibilities Provide Level 1, 2 help desk and desk side support Configure, install, and troubleshoot PC systems, peripherals, and 4G wireless routers. Deliver exceptional technical support for customers over email, phone and onsite. Proactively ensure end-user needs are met, including equipment, software, and training support. Configure and test customer equipment prior to shipment to ensure functionality. Create and manage tickets in the helpdesk system while adhering to company procedures.
