Toddler Lead Teacher (ECE Certified) - The Learning Experience Dedham

Location: The Learning Experience- Dedham, MA

Pay: $22-$23 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience- Dedham is seeking a nurturing, energetic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. Our center is committed to providing a joyful, safe, and inspiring environment where children ages 1-2.5 years old learn and thrive through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the toddler classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum designed to promote curiosity, independence, and social development.

• Mentor and guide assistant teachers, modeling best classroom practices.

• Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates.

• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• ECE certification (required).

• Minimum 6 months of experience working in a toddler or preschool classroom (1+ year preferred).

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
