Assigned Job Details Job Title : "Trade Marketing Associate Manager (Digital & Operations) Location: New York, NY, Hybrid Rate : Best competitive rate on w2Position Overview The Trade Marketing Associate Manager supports the execution of transversal trade marketing initiatives across all channels (Independent, Key Accounts, and Direct Sales). Reporting to the Senior Director of Trade Marketing, this role partners closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Global Teams, and Trade Marketing peers to deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences through digital tools and operational excellence. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for managing digital trade marketing tools, program operations, and budget tracking, while supporting ongoing process improvements and business continuity during a staffing transition.

Key Responsibilities Trade Marketing & Digital Enablement Lead and track transversal digital trade marketing initiatives, including SmartShopper, Digital Windows, Lens Simulator, and the Asset Distribution Tool Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, usage, and impact of digital tools Analyze performance data and proactively identify optimization opportunities across sales channels Support adoption through targeted communications, insights, and enablement plans Collect feedback from sales teams and customers to continuously improve digital tools and user experience Ensure digital tools are integrated seamlessly across the customer journey (merchandising, consultation, post-sale) Budget, Operations & Project Execution Support oversight and management of trade marketing budgets, including digital tool initiatives Track and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets Maintain detailed budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting Open purchase orders, track invoices, follow up on payments, and partner with Finance for accurate processing Own day-to-day operational management of assigned trade marketing programs Coordinate with external vendors to ensure deliverables are met on time, on budget, and to specifications Execute project management activities, including timelines, issue resolution, and task follow-ups Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce operational friction Training & Sales Enablement Support communication and training efforts with Sales and Marketing teams Develop training materials such as quick-start guides, playbooks, and best practices Provide administrative and logistical support for Sales Consultants and Sales Managers using digital platforms Qualifications & Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field 2 5 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing operations, project management, or finance Strong project management skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Proven ownership mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approachPreferred Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms Exposure to CAPEX / OPEX budget tracking Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing teams Comfort transitioning from Excel-based tracking to centralized systemsThanks and Regards
