Position Overview:

This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the pre and post-transplant and disease management patients including, but not limited to: patient medical management, immediate pre-operative assessment/management, post-operative assessment/management, and discharge planning. Participates in providing educational programs regarding transplantation to hospitals, medical specialty units, patient groups and the community.

EDUCATION:Bachelor's: RNCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:RN-Registered Nurse of CaliforniaBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare ProviderOR ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:5 years recent relevant experience.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Proficient Writing & Computer Skills.Organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple conflicting priorities and to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work irregular or extended hours as needed.

Pay Range is $82.86 to $108.54 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
