Job Description
Easton Coach Company LLC
Responsibilities:
Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with all industry, state, and company safety standards.
Lead routine safety audits and develop smart, data-driven processes to identify and reduce risks.
Drive initiatives that minimize workplace accidents and occupational hazards.
Supervise and guide employees in following safety protocols and procedures.
Investigate incidents to uncover root causes and recommend proactive solutions.
Monitor daily operations and inspect equipment to ensure safe working conditions.
Collaborate with leadership to recommend safety improvements and strategic adjustments.
Deliver engaging safety meetings, campaigns, and training sessions that resonate with drivers and staff.
Train new drivers through ELDT and group classes, including behind-the-wheel instruction and wheelchair certification.
Coach drivers using DriveCam insights and support PASS certification.
Support drug/alcohol testing protocols and contribute to creative safety presentations.
Use Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office tools to communicate safety messages effectively.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support our mission.
