Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Post Surgery Unit

Sentara Leigh Hospital - Norfolk, VA

  • $65.00/hr pay rate
  • Temporary Full Time
  • 14-week assignment
  • DAY shift
  • No benefits

Education:

  • Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required

Certification/Licensure:

  • Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • NIH Stroke Scale

Experience:

  • Must have two or more years of current acute care hospital RN experience. 

Department Overview:

This is a 24-bed blended observation/med-surg unit. RN to patient ratio is 1:6. We usually have around 50% Observation/50% Inpatient. Many of our patients are here for syncope/stroke, cardiac/chest pain, AMS/UTI, & COPD.
