Job Description
The Treasury Production Specialist is responsible to ensure checks and other critical documents are printed accurately and processed correctly for mailing. Checks, prescription cards, and other highly sensitive mailings must be processed in accordance with the strict criteria of each of our customer requirements, as well as meeting our internal controls. The work is fast paced and requires a strong attention to detail ensuring a high accuracy of mailings of HIPAA related and financially protected information.
This is an onsite position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews, monitors, and prints checks, brochures, business cards, and other mailings
- Reviews, monitors, and troubleshoots mailings to ensure accuracy and achieve zero tolerance for mailing errors
- Ensures mailings with special requirements or requests are pulled and processed according to the request
- Works with USPS/FedEx to ensure mailings are prepared and ready for pickup at the appropriate times
- Investigates and reports to manager any inconsistencies or improprieties, in accordance with printing, mailing, or other financial accounting standards
- Tracks warehouse stock inventory to maintain business needs, ordering supplies as needed
- General maintenance of printer, folder, and other machines to keep them in good working order, including cleaning as required, and requesting maintenance professionals, when appropriate
- Develops and processes mailing jobs, mail merges, and other print batches
- Monitors, tracks, and reports on daily mailings
- Additional duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with highly sensitive documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to provide superior service to internal and external stakeholders
- Warehouse environment, ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 60 pounds
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with high-speed printing machines and other production machines
- High school diploma or equivalent
PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $21.67 - $34.86 per hour
