Job Title: Truck Driver (Non-CDL)/Warehouse Specialist
Reports To: Materials Handling Manager
FLSA: Permanent, Full Time, Non-Exempt, On-Site

Job Summary: The Truck Driver/Warehouse Specialist is a cross functional position that will require individual to move materials, supplies and equipment between company locations (a CDL license is not require; only a valid standard Driver’s License). This position will also require the individual to work in warehouses. Willingly participate in all work‐related programs and contribute to continuous improvement programs and perform any duties assigned by management. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The timely movement of all materials, supplies and equipment between locations in a 26-foot box truck.
Warehouse duties as assigned by Materials Handling Supervisor/Manager.
Maintain Daily driver logs.
Daily truck and trailer inspection.
Responsible for keeping truck/trailers clean.
Entry of all material movement activity in computer system in a timely manner when required.
May be required to perform customer/supplier pickup and delivery.
Maintain appropriate and professional written and verbal communication.
Ensure that food safety, legality, integrity and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Shift start hours may vary weekly and weekends may be necessary dependent on workload.
Overtime may be required.
Regular attendance for scheduled shifts is a requirement of this position
Required Key Skills and Qualifications:
A Valid Driver's License – Safe and efficient operation of trucks and warehouse equipment to transport and move materials.
Time Management – Coordinating deliveries, loading/unloading, and warehouse tasks to meet schedules and reduce downtime.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving – Quickly identifying and resolving equipment or workflow issues to keep operations running smoothly.
Teamwork & Coordination – Collaborating with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments in a professional, cooperative manner.
Flexibility & Adaptability – Handling pressure, schedule changes, and shifting priorities in both driving and warehouse environments.
Experience & Education:A valid standard (non - CDL)Driver’s License required. A minimum of 18 months combination of driving experience required. 2 Years' warehouse experience required.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Ability to handle 55-gallon drums after training.
Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously. Ability to lift 100 pounds with
assistance.
Ability to stand continuously.
Bend, stoop, climb, reach above shoulder, crouch and push and pull frequently.
Use feet, hands, wrist, arms and shoulders constantly.
Work while standing on a 10-foot stepladder with rails.
Temperature variation of 55 to 110 degrees.
