Job Overview:

We are building a pipeline of Business SME Testers to support UAT activities on public-sector systems. This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience working in or supporting benefits, eligibility, or case management programs.

Responsibilities:

• Execute UAT scenarios based on real operational workflows
• Validate eligibility determinations, case actions, and outcomes
• Provide business feedback on usability and functionality
• Document issues and support retesting

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in SNAP, TANF, Child Support, Child Care, or similar programs
• Background as an eligibility worker, supervisor, analyst, or contractor
• Comfortable working in test environments and documenting results
