Job Responsibilities
- Write the HTML, CSS, and JS needed for frontend applications across multiple screen sizes
- Create websites from proof of concepts and designs using a design system
- Identify opportunities and provide solutions for improving user experience throughout the Frontend Application and company websites
- Work with other Frontend Developers and Architects to help implement designs as needed
- Evaluate and complete performance improvements throughout the Frontend Application and company websites
- Monitor UX technology trends and innovations, market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies
- Participate and present ideas in meetings concisely for non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in UX design and/or frontend development supporting software applications or website development
- Excellent knowledge of working in a shared code source environment
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS
- Strong understanding of CSS and JS frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and have ability to adapt designs to any screen size
- Basic understanding of accessibility requirements for software applications or websites
- Basic knowledge of Figma and/or Zeplin
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions
- Ability to collaborate with other UX/UI members by actively participating in feedback sessions
- Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a courteous and professional demeanor
- Ability to be meticulous with accuracy and detail
- Must be deadline sensitive and adaptable to change

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
